Nitya foundation was established dated on 25 may 2012 national level society having 80g 12a,to contribute towards betterment of the society mainly a focus on about poverty of India, child development, women empowerment, skill development, education for poor, health programs, environment protection, consumer awareness, elderly care, rural development programs, slum development etc..

Every one of us certainly will agree on a broad statement of a world where every child is showered with love and is given ample opportunities for their right upbringing and bright future; a world where there will be complete abolition of child labour, and a world where there will be no deprive class where we may think of equality at least for basic necessities such as food, education and where women’s wellbeing is paid attention to and they are empowered to sustain themselves and their dependents.

In an assessment report alone in the capital of India Delhi has more than 4 million people living in makeshift homes in slums that are in a very sorry plight state and mostly overcrowded, lack adequate water supply, worst in sanitization, and security and highly prone to various kinds of diseases.

One of the most important factors behind this inequality in the society is- offspring of these slum dwellers often don’t have access to basic necessities such as basic education, healthy food, required awareness and instead have to choose to support their family. Such a haste and struggle in so early in life of these tender affect them adversely and they lose their childhood completely and resulting in the whole life becomes a kind of nightmare for them. They are also easy prey and taken advantages of employers not only in just in our country but across the world.

Though many bodies on International level are trying hard to come up with such sorry plight of deprived classes or certain section of the society such as United Nations recognizes the deprivation of these resources to be a violation of fundamental human rights. Nitya Foundation agrees to this thatit is not just the responsibility of the government to promote and protect human rights and fundamental freedoms of individuals or certain section in our society. Nitya Foundation thinks and feels, it is the responsibility of all of us to do our best in ensuring equal uplifting of all creed and classes of the society.

The studiesshow the true facts aboutthe severity of inequality is same across the nation when we talk about unprivileged section in our country be it urban rural or anywhere else in the country.Nitya Foundation is determined and vowed to abolish this disease of inequality and violation of people’s fundamental rights, especially of children and women. We are determined to educate, empower them through education and employment by implementing models of development that are tailored to the needs of the community.
