L2 Support – Desktop/Laptop/Printer • Support for VIP/Senior User • Desktop and Laptop troubleshooting along with replacement of parts etc • Knowledge about office,windows os installation, Basic level Active Directory/Domain. • Software installation/connectivity issue solution for Printer • Experience 4+ year on end user IT support services • Basic Network Level support for Router/Switches • User Applications level support. • Anti-Virus & Security Policy Level Support.
